Compile after your final edits. Read the diagnostics and check that the PDF reflects the latest source before exporting.
Read as your recipient
Inspect headings, equations, figures, table contents, and references in the PDF. Look for unresolved citations or missing assets and resolve them in the project before recompiling.
Choose the handoff
Send PDF for reading, ZIP for the project sources, or .ltxs for continued work in Paper Studio. Export file saves only the active source file. Check the destination's requirements when submitting to a publisher.
