The study report
Report on the right rail builds an engineering report of the study: cover with the key results, geometry and model, materials and sections, loads and supports, results with figures, deformed shape, safety factors and conclusions. Only the parts this study has results for are included.
Add a title, author, organisation and notes for the cover. Choose PDF or DOCX (Word, Docs, Pages), a continuous page or Letter and A4, and a print version with a light background.
- Optional: joint free-body diagrams for trusses.
- Optional: a matrix annex with the element matrices and the assembled system that was solved.
Notebooks
Notebooks group studies on Home. Hold a notebook to rename or delete it, or a study to move it; deleting a notebook keeps its studies. On a landscape iPad the notebooks stay beside your studies; in portrait they slide over.
Files and sharing
A study exports as a .noef file and a notebook as a .noefbook file. Share them with AirDrop, Files or Mail, and open them with Import on Home. Everything stays on your iPad: no account and no network connection are needed.
